Andrew Stranberg | CEO

Andrew Stranberg is an International Entrepreneur who has provided the strategic vision, capital investment and extensive network of contacts to build several successful businesses from regional operations to global businesses over the past 20 years. In 1994, Andrew founded both STRANDED Clothing Limited, as well as STRAN & Company, Inc., a branded promotional firm that services Fortune 500 and 1000 clients worldwide and is in the top 5% of its industry. He continues to serve as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Later that same year, Andrew founded STRAN Capital, which focuses primarily on investments within his own portfolio to this day.In 1997, Andrew became CEO and Chairman of the Board for STRAN Technologies, a world-class engineering based company focused on the development and manufacturing of fiber optic and electrical connectors, cable assemblies, termination tools, training and interconnection systems for commercial and military applications. Andrew is also a board member of STRAN Wind, a distributor of vertical axis wind turbines.Years later, in 2011 Andrew was added to the Advisory Board of Cinemoi, the first and only TV channel dedicated to French film, fashion and lifestyle.In 2012, in conjunction with Atlas Maritime, Andrew started STRAN Maritime and purchased his first ship, Texas Star: Aframax, 115.527 dwt, 2003 Built, Sanoyas, Japan. In April 2014, as part of his joint venture with Atlas Maritime, he added a sister vessel to the Texas Star – called Lady M, Aframax, 115.418 dwt, 2003 Built, Sanoyas, Japan.Working at the Office of the Chairman of SFX Entertainment www.sfxii.com, Andrew was an integral advisor as the company went public in 2013 trading on the NASDAQ exchange under (SFXE). SFX is a leading producer of live events, media and entertainment content, focused exclusively on electronic music culture. He reported directly to Robert F. X. Sillerman from 2012 to 2014.Andrew has an extensive track record of business successes and a proven ability to dramatically grow businesses, internationally and domestically, that spans several industry sectors. He is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. In 2011, Andrew married Miriam Wimmer Stranberg and currently resides in NYC, Boston and Munich Germany.

Jamie Moore | Principal

Mr. Moore has a successful track record of acquiring, developing and managing over 350 properties with transaction values of over $1.5B throughout his career in Real Estate.He also serves as the CEO of 6350 Capital Group, LLC., a commercial real estate investment firm. Mr. Moore’s exclusively acquires and manages Stran Capital’s Family Office real estate interests throughout the world. His experience as a founder and entrepreneur of both technology and real estate firms is deep and he brings a vast number of skill sets to Stran Capital. Mr. Moore holds a B.A in Econometrics, Whittemore School of Business, University of New Hampshire.A former ski racer that has competed on the international circuit, he is based in Incline Village, NV (Lake Tahoe) with his wife and young son.

Ivan Strugatsky | Portfolio Manager

Ivan has over 17 years of advisory and investment experience across asset classes, primarily focused on special situations and corporate-specific events. Ivan has been involved in transactions in multiple sectors and situations including healthcare, technology, alternative finance private investments, public energy and natural resource corporate credit, and public and private mid-cap retail and consumer goods companies.Prior to joining Stan Capital, Ivan ran a corporate finance and M&A advisory boutique IVS Advisory, serving mostly family offices and private equity investment funds. His past experience includes investment banking, capital markets, and research roles at Credit Agricole CIB and Standard & Poor’s. Ivan holds a master degree from MADI, Moscow State Technical University, and a BSc from the University of Westminster, London.

Aaron Resnick, Esq. | Council

Professionally, Mr. Resnick is an attorney, who honed his craft at one of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious firms, Gunster Yoakley, before starting his own boutique law firm in 2005 with offices now in Miami, Boca Raton, Gainesville, Jacksonville and New York City. Mr. Resnick received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with honors from Emory University and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida. Mr. Resnick was the founding chairperson of the Friends of the New World Symphony, and now serves permanently on its Executive Committee. He also sat on the Board of Directors for the Miami Design Preservation League for over 10 years. He has served on the executive committee for numerous young patron groups in South Florida including, but not limited to: Best Buddies of South Florida, Big Brothers Big Sister’s Impact Circle, Art Crowd of the Bass Museum, the Green Room Society for the Center for Performing Arts, the Tropees of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida, the Jewish Legal Society of Miami, and the MOCA Shakers amongst others. He has served as a Regional Board Member of the Maccabi World Union and as a member of the Ben Gurion Society of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Currently, he is a member of the Silver Director’s Circle for the Bass Museum, the Maestro’s Circle for the Friends of the New World Symphony, and a Supporting Member of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and a founding member and Patron of the Perez Art Museum.
